Dewey’s Readathon – 6 Hours In

Finished up “Legion.” Short, quick read that I didn’t much care for. Not even close to the Sanderson I’ve come to enjoy through his Mistborn series. Overall, I thought the premise of “Legion” was terrific, but that there was far, far too much left out for it not to feel contrived and/or forced. Sort of like trying to bang a square story peg through a circular plot hole. That said, I’d be very interested if he continued this particular premise with something much more in depth that he could really take his time with. That’s where I think Sanderson excels.

So that’s about 200 pages or so in the books (as it were).

Next up is and Advanced Reading Copy of Norah McClinotck’s Close to the Heel, which I received through the LibraryThing Early Reviewers program.
